First Timothy 6 directs the Wessels family to devote themselves to serving God instead of pursuing wealth. Faith demands a decisive choice to follow God's direction without calculating personal gain or loss. That faithful service is lived out when family members use their example and influence to guide those who are spiritually vulnerable into the right path.
