2 Chronicles 15:11

And they offered unto the LORD the same time, of the spoil which they had brought, seven hundred oxen and seven thousand sheep.

The gathering described took place at Jerusalem in the fifteenth year of Asa's reign. It occurred in the third month. Those who assembled included Judah and Benjamin. At that time the people offered to the Lord seven hundred oxen and seven thousand sheep from the spoil they had brought.

That offering was made from spoil brought back after Judah's victory. It accompanied the people's covenant commitment to seek God wholeheartedly, renewing that commitment in gathered worship. As they sought Him, He was found by them and gave them rest all around.
