2 Chronicles 20:13

And all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children.

The kingdom stood in mortal peril from invading enemies, and in that extremity all Judah took its place before the Lord as one whole people. No part of the nation was left behind, for the assembly included their little ones and their wives and their children standing together with the men. Their common presence showed a united people seeking God in a time when the fate of the kingdom hung in the balance.

They joined together in fasting and in prayer, making their supplication with one accord. Their united plea asked God to bring their enemies to confusion and to magnify His own name through their deliverance.
