2 Chronicles 28:12

After Judah's defeat, four leading men of Ephraim stood up against the army as it returned from the war. They confronted their own victorious troops over the intention to hold the people of Judah as slaves. Their intervention prevailed, so that the captives were instead cared for, clothed and fed, and then brought back to their kin.
