2 Chronicles 29:18

Then they went in to Hezekiah the king, and said, We have cleansed all the house of the LORD, and the altar of burnt offering, with all the vessels thereof, and the shewbread table, with all the vessels thereof.

The verse is the priests' report to King Hezekiah that the urgent cleansing of all the house of the Lord was finished. The work had begun at once in response to his appeal, with the priests who were present enlisting the cooperation of others of their number who had not been present, and joining with the Levites in the labor. Together the priests and Levites labored untiringly despite many difficulties caused by years of desecration and neglect.

Within a remarkably short time they finished the work and reported to the king. They had repaired and thrown open the temple doors and had assembled and put into place the sacred vessels. These included the altar of burnt offering with all its vessels and the showbread table with all its vessels. With that completion, all was in readiness for the reestablishment of the sanctuary services.
