2 Chronicles 29:29

And when they had made an end of offering, the king and all that were present with him bowed themselves, and worshipped.

The bowing took place in the first service after the cleansing of the temple, when the renewed temple services resumed. King Hezekiah was joined on that occasion by the rulers of the city and by the priests and Levites to seek forgiveness for the sins of the nation. Sin offerings had been placed on the altar to make an atonement for all Israel, and the bowing came after those offerings were completed.

The king and all who were present with him then bowed themselves and worshiped as an act of repentance following that atonement. Their worship expressed praise and adoration as they realized they were being delivered from the bondage of sin and apostasy. It opened into joyful singing in the temple courts, with the songs of David and of Asaph sung with joy.
