2 Chronicles 30:19

Pardon is granted to everyone who sincerely prepares the heart to seek God as the Lord God of their fathers. Such sincerity is accepted even when the seeker has not been cleansed according to the purification of the sanctuary. Ceremonial uncleanness does not bar from forgiveness those whose hearts are set to seek God.
