2 Kings 3:4

And Mesha king of Moab was a sheepmaster, and rendered unto the king of Israel an hundred thousand lambs, and an hundred thousand rams, with the wool.

The verse belongs to the account in 2 Kings 3 that presents a test of faith involving apparent impossibilities. That account teaches to put trust not in human strength and plans, not in what men themselves can do for themselves, but in what God can do for and through those who trust Him. God acts in ways least expected and cannot be limited by human ideas about how He will work.

The battle against the enemy is turned not by human power but by the power of God as the mighty General of armies, acting for the glory of His own name. All who trust in this way will certainly realize and experience His power at work in their labor. God's people who trust Him will again meet and face tests of faith like the one in this chapter.
