2 Kings 4:19

And he said unto his father, My head, my head. And he said to a lad, Carry him to his mother.

The child was the Shunammite woman's son, who had gone out into the field to join his father where the reapers were at work. While out in the field he was stricken by the heat. He cried out to his father that his head hurt with severe pain.

In answer his father told a servant lad to carry him to his mother. The verse belongs to the account of Elisha's peaceful ministry of close personal contact with the people, in which his miracles brought healing and rejoicing. It is also placed as part of the account of Elisha healing the poisoned pot of food.
