2 Kings 8:3

And it came to pass at the seven years’ end, that the woman returned out of the land of the Philistines: and she went forth to cry unto the king for her house and for her land.

The woman is the Shunammite, who at the end of seven years sojourning in the land of the Philistines returned and went forth to cry to the king for her house and for her land. Her house and land had been taken while she was away, and her appeal to the king sought their restoration to her. Her family was preserved alive through the famine, and that preservation was God's gracious remembrance of her hospitality to Elisha.
