2 Kings 8:6

And when the king asked the woman, she told him. So the king appointed unto her a certain officer, saying, Restore all that was hers, and all the fruits of the field since the day that she left the land, even until now.

After the king questioned the woman and heard her own account, he appointed an officer to carry out the restoration for her. The restoration gave back all that was hers, her land and home and possessions, together with all the fruits and produce of the field from the day she left the land until that time. Her home and possessions had been taken from her during her seven-year absence. The return of the land and its yield provided for her material needs after the famine. The whole event displays God's providential care for her following her hospitality to Elisha, with God moving the king to restore her years after answering her prayer for her son.
