2 Kings 9:32
And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs. And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs.
The moment belongs to Jehu's carrying out of judgment upon Jezebel and the house of Ahab. From below the window he lifts his face and calls out, and two or three eunuchs look out to him in response. He had been raised up for this purpose, to remove the wicked rule of Jezebel and the house of Ahab.
In the events surrounding this call, Jezebel and the other surviving members of Ahab's house are slain. This judgment was a merciful act, removing heathen influences so that some in Israel might turn to God.
