2 Samuel 14:25
But in all Israel there was none to be so much praised as Absalom for his beauty: from the sole of his foot even to the crown of his head there was no blemish in him. But in all Israel there was none to be so much praised as Absalom for his beauty: from the sole of his foot even to the crown of his head there was no blemish in him.
In all Israel none was so much praised for beauty as Absalom, exceptionally handsome and without blemish from the sole of his foot even to the crown of his head. His striking appearance won the admiration of the people, and his unmatched beauty was a source of pride throughout Israel. That admiration helped him gain their hearts, so that they regarded him as a hero rather than as an offender. Yet his beauty did not save him, for he died young in the forest and his body was buried under a heap of stones as a mark of reproach.
