2 Samuel 21:15
Moreover the Philistines had yet war again with Israel; and David went down, and his servants with him, and fought against the Philistines: and David waxed faint. Moreover the Philistines had yet war again with Israel; and David went down, and his servants with him, and fought against the Philistines: and David waxed faint.
2 Samuel 21:15 falls within the historical record of David's reign over all Israel, which covers almost his entire reign. The chapter in which it stands records many of David's victories, including this renewed war with the Philistines in which David went down with his servants to fight and grew faint. That surrounding chapter also shows that God holds His people collectively responsible when the many allow the sins of the few to continue.
