Acts 16:4
And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem. And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem.
As they went through the cities, Paul and his companions delivered to the churches they visited the decrees ordained by the apostles and elders at Jerusalem for the believers to keep and follow. The delivering of these decrees for the churches to keep strengthened the churches in the faith. So established, they increased in number daily.
