Amos 2:15
Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself. Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself.
Amos 2:15 belongs to the prophecy addressed to the northern kingdom, warning that failure to honor the responsibilities that accompany divine privilege brings punishment. Neither the one who handles the bow, nor the one swift of foot, nor the one who rides the horse will be able to escape the coming judgment. The word himself expresses the person, meaning the horseman will not be able to save himself.
