Amos 9:15
And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.
The promise is that the captivity of Israel will be brought to an end and the people brought back to rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. That restoration will bring days of overflowing harvest when plowing overtakes reaping and the hills produce wine. The restored people will plant vineyards and gardens of their own and eat and enjoy their fruit. God Himself will plant them securely upon the land He gave them so they will never again be pulled up out of it.
