Amos 9:6

Amos 9:6 reveals Jehovah as the Creator and ruler of the heavens and the earth. He builds his stories or chambers on high, forming the heavenly spheres above. He establishes the structure and foundation of the earth beneath, giving order to its troop or arrangement. He summons the waters of the sea and spreads them out over the face of the land, and these works of creation declare that his name is Jehovah.
