Colossians 4:7
All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord: All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:
Tychicus is a beloved brother and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord, one of Paul's assistants at Rome who stood nobly by the apostle. He served Paul as a trusted messenger and fellow worker, carrying Paul's news and messages and letters and reporting on Paul's circumstances. He was sent with letters to the churches in Asia Minor, including churches that Paul and Tychicus had visited together. On that mission he traveled with Onesimus, who was returning to Philemon after his conversion, having made himself useful in the gospel work. That traveling companion was returning to Philemon after having wronged him, to seek forgiveness, having become a Christian.
