Daniel 11:2 stands within the prophecies of Daniel 7 through 12 that disclose mysteries concerning ages to come. Even Daniel himself did not fully understand these prophecies, for they were sealed until the time of the end. The prophecy to which this verse belongs has nearly reached its complete fulfillment, with war stirring the world and its foretold scenes of trouble soon to take place.
