Daniel 11:32

And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

Daniel 11:32 stands among the wonderful prophecies recorded in Daniel chapters seven to twelve, given when Daniel was honored as God's ambassador with revelations of the mysteries of ages to come. Even Daniel himself did not fully understand the prophecy, for it was shut up and sealed until the time of the end. With it came the blessed assurance that at the end of the days, in the closing period of this world's history, Daniel would again be permitted to stand in his lot and place.

Its meaning is that those who act wickedly against the covenant are corrupted by flatteries, while the people who know their God remain strong and do courageous deeds. It applies to persons deceived by unbelief and a course of wrongdoing, set in contrast with the faithful who remain steadfast. Similar scenes are yet to take place as Satan gains control of minds that do not fear God.

The prophecy in Daniel 11 to which the verse belongs is nearly fulfilled and has almost reached its complete fulfillment. Much of the history already fulfilled in it will be repeated. The scenes of trouble foretold in it will soon take place.
