Daniel 11:38
But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things. But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.
Daniel 11:38 belongs to a prophecy whose final and complete fulfillment is almost reached. It stands not as an isolated prediction but as part of that larger prophetic chain now nearing its end. Its final events will soon be followed by scenes of trouble, the prophesied time of trouble.
