Daniel 11:5
And the king of the south shall be strong, and one of his princes; and he shall be strong above him, and have dominion; his dominion shall be a great dominion. This verse stands within the prophecies of Daniel chapters 7 through 12, which unveil mysteries concerning future ages. Those revelations were not fully grasped by Daniel himself, and they were sealed until the time of the end. The longer prophecy of Daniel 11:1-45 in which this verse stands had almost reached its complete and final fulfillment, being described as nearly fulfilled and by 1910 as all but complete. Its approaching completion means the foretold scenes of trouble are soon to occur and the end is near.
