Deuteronomy 18:6
And if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose; And if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose;
Deuteronomy 18:6 belongs to Moses' rehearsal of laws and lessons for Israel before crossing the Jordan into the promised land, recalling what God had taught them during the wilderness years, and is studied together with Deuteronomy 18-21. The chapter containing it gives biblical rules for detecting false prophets and deciding which prophets are true. That same chapter contains a direct prophecy of Jesus Christ.
