Deuteronomy 33:11
Bless, LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands: smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again. Bless, LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands: smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again.
The petition belongs to Moses's final blessing pronounced upon the tribes. That farewell blessing extends a blessing to the other tribes. Simeon is excepted from that pattern. No reference to Simeon is made in the blessing. The omission stands in contrast to the blessings given to the rest.
