God makes everything beautiful at its appointed and proper time. True beauty is not gained by damaging what He has made, but by living in harmony with the laws of the Creator, who delights in the beauty and perfection of His work. That lesson drawn from nature applies to dress, so clothing honors the Creator when it is neat, healthful, appropriate, and becoming.
