There is an appointed order in which different activities each have their proper and fitting time. This includes singing, which is to be judged by whether its time is right. Singing is fitting when duties have been carefully considered and it will not lead to careless neglect. Singing that distracts from responsibilities and draws attention away from what ought to be done is out of place.
