Exodus 36:2
And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom, even every one whose heart stirred him up to come unto the work to do it: And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom, even every one whose heart stirred him up to come unto the work to do it:
Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab and every wise-hearted man to do the work of building the wilderness sanctuary tabernacle. The wisdom, understanding, skill and intelligence in their hearts had been put there by the Lord. They were chosen men specially endowed by God with skill and wisdom for that construction. Those whose hearts stirred them came willingly to take part in the work. Both their skill and their willingness came from God, who gives wisdom for His work and stirs willing people to take part in it.
Their God-given abilities were to be used in cooperation with Him. Such ability was to be used for His glory. As they used their talents they gained further wisdom, understanding and skill to overcome difficulties. Under God's instruction they could become complete in their work. Heavenly intelligences cooperated with the workmen whom God Himself chose.
Responsibility for God's work is shared among qualified people, so that others can be prepared to carry the work forward when needed. Their God-given ability and willing service show the exactitude, skill, tact, wisdom and perfection required in work for God. The verse illustrates that the Holy Spirit can give practical skill and intelligence for work that helps build up the body.
