Exodus 36:35
And he made a vail of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen: with cherubims made he it of cunning work. And he made a vail of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen: with cherubims made he it of cunning work.
The veil was formed from blue and purple and scarlet together with fine twined linen, and cherubim were woven into its fabric as cunning work. Its colors and linen and angelic figures were not incidental ornament but part of its appointed design. It was fashioned with exactness and skill and care in every detail of its making.
That careful workmanship stands as the standard of perfection required in every line of service rendered to God. Just as no careless or inferior work was admitted into the veil, so no careless service is acceptable in His cause.
