Bezaleel Makes the Ark of the Covenantby emmanuel_higgins

Exodus 37:9

And the cherubims spread out their wings on high, and covered with their wings over the mercy seat, with their faces one to another; even to the mercy seatward were the faces of the cherubims.

Exodus 37:9 describes one part of the tabernacle that God instructed Moses to make. That sanctuary was adorned with embroidery and skillful work to beautify it. Among its furnishings, the cherubim and the mercy seat were vessels of solid gold accomplished by skillful men, while women worked the embroidery of silver and gold. God's specific direction for making the tabernacle was like His direction to Noah for making the immense ark for the saving of himself and his family.
