Exodus 39:43
And Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them. And Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them.
Moses looked over all the finished work of the tabernacle, measuring it against the pattern and directions God had given. He found every part in agreement with the command, done exactly as the Lord had required. Seeing that the builders had faithfully completed their assigned work in this way, he blessed the people.
The completed sanctuary and its furnishings in their glory were a dim reflection of God's heavenly temple, the great center of the work for human redemption. The sanctuary service connected with this completion portrays Christ's work of redemption. In that portrayal God's law stands as the rule of righteousness and judgment, while the mercy-seat above it is where pardon is granted to the repentant through the atonement.
