And Moses told Aaron all the words of the LORD who had sent him, and all the signs which he had commanded him.
Moses told Aaron everything the Lord had said in sending him, holding nothing back, and explained to him all the signs the Lord had commanded him to perform. This full briefing was given so that Aaron would understand the part he was appointed to take in Israel's deliverance. He was to act together with Moses as God's messenger.
The brothers met near Horeb, and this meeting prepared them to travel together to Egypt to carry out their mission. Aaron then told the elders of Israel what God had done through Moses, and together the brothers showed the signs before the people. The people believed and worshiped.
