Ezekiel 10:11
When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went. When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.
The wheels moved straight forward upon their four sides without turning aside as they went, following wherever the head looked and directed them. The living wheels and the wings acted together in unison as the chariot rose, while both the wheels and the angels joined in praising God as holy. Though the wheels and the living creatures looked intricate and complex, they were arranged by divine wisdom, revealing God at work through His appointed instruments with perfect method and harmonious order in all their operations.
The Spirit of God is the one who guides and directs the wheels, bringing harmony out of confusion. The whole world remains under God's control, and glorified beings stand ready at His word to hold back the powers of evil and to bring good to His faithful people. God Himself directs the work in perfect harmony, so human agents are not to seize control of it themselves but to trust God and faithfully carry out their own assigned duties under His instruction.
