Ezekiel 10:17
When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up, these lifted up themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature was in them. When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up, these lifted up themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.
The living creatures and the wheels move as one, so that when the creatures stand still the wheels stand still with them. When the creatures rise and are lifted up, the wheels rise and lift themselves up together with them. This shared action happens because the spirit of the living creature is present in the wheels. In the wider setting of the chapter, that synchronized standing and rising reveals God establishing perfect order and harmony in the work carried out through His appointed instruments.
