Ezekiel 10:9
And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone. The vision shows living wheels standing beside the cherubim beneath the cloudy chariot. As the chariot rises those wheels cry out, Holy. The wheels with the living creatures are intricate and difficult to explain.
The Spirit and hand of God moves and directs every wheel. He brings perfect method and harmonious functioning to all the operations of His appointed instruments. Out of confusion He brings harmony, so that they work in perfect harmony and order.
This reveals that the whole world is under God's control. Glorified beings stand ready at His word to overcome the power and plans of evil people and to bring good to His faithful ones. God Himself is the mighty worker behind the work.
