Ezekiel Cries Out as the Glory Leaves Jerusalemby emmanuel_higgins

Ezekiel 11:13

And it came to pass, when I prophesied, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then fell I down upon my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, Ah Lord GOD! wilt thou make a full end of the remnant of Israel?

The chapter in which this death occurs is prophecy, and it is to be examined with close, deliberate thought in the presence of God. Its message is searching, requiring more than casual reading, but critical study under divine scrutiny. To those it addresses it issues a direct warning to take away the stumbling blocks they have put in the path of others. If those hindrances are left standing, God will turn His face from them.
