Ezekiel 11:15
Son of man, thy brethren, even thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel wholly, are they unto whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from the LORD: unto us is this land given in possession. The chapter in which this word to the son of man occurs is a prophecy to be studied critically and thoughtfully before God. Its place in that careful searching is bound up with solemn warning about the course it exposes. Continued perversity, persisted in despite light, provokes a decisive divine response. When men set up stumbling blocks before themselves and others, the result is that God turns His face away from them.
