Ezekiel 12:20

Ezekiel 12 is a prophecy concerning the perils of the last days. It requires critical, thoughtful attention and is to be studied on the knees in humble prayer before God. The declaration that inhabited cities shall be laid waste and the land made desolate means that God will turn His face utterly away from hardened and stubborn opposers and their associates. That withdrawal will stand unless they retrace their steps, confess their wrongs, and take up the stumbling blocks which by their own perverse spirit they have laid in the way of others.
