Ezekiel 18:6
And hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour’s wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman, And hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour’s wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman,
The verse sets out part of the conduct that marks a person as just. Not eating upon the mountains is refusal to take part in idolatrous worship carried on upon the mountains and in its feasts. Not lifting up the eyes to the idols is refusal to worship the idols of the house of Israel.
Not defiling the neighbour's wife is refusal to commit adultery with the neighbour's wife. Not coming near a menstruous woman is abstaining from sexual relations with a menstruating woman in observance of the prohibition. These personal duties of freedom from idolatry and sexual immorality belong to doing what is lawful and right, standing alongside fair and honest conduct, and the just person who does them shall live.
