Ezekiel 20:43

And there shall ye remember your ways, and all your doings, wherein ye have been defiled; and ye shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that ye have committed.

God restores and brings back His people, and this is the time the verse describes. After that restoration and return, they will remember their ways and all their doings. They will recognize that those ways and doings defiled them. They will loathe themselves in their own sight for all the evils they committed, feeling deep shame for their own wrongdoing.

The verse carries solemn warning that God's people had failed to appreciate His mercy and to heed His warnings. It warns that those who have received great light and great mercy, yet have neglected God's work and His warnings, will face His judgment. In that judgment they will be brought to acknowledge their sin.
