Ezekiel 20:44

And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have wrought with you for my name’s sake, not according to your wicked ways, nor according to your corrupt doings, O ye house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

The Lord has dealt with the house of Israel for His own name's sake, and not according to their wicked ways nor according to their corrupt doings. The verse stands as a warning that the people have failed to appreciate His mercy and to heed His warnings. That failure to appreciate mercy and heed warnings persisted despite the great things He had done for them.
