Ezekiel 25:11

And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

Ezekiel 25:11 stands within a group of prophecies against seven foreign nations, forming part of Ezekiel's section of correction, denunciation, and reproof. It is included among prophecies against other nations in which Moab is among those brought under God's judgment. The judgments fell upon the nations around Judah, including Moab, because they rejoiced at Judah's humiliation and mocked Jerusalem when it lay desolate and its sanctuary was made desolate.

The verse declares that the Lord would execute judgment on Moab, and that judgment would make Moab and the nations know that He is the Lord. Nebuchadnezzar's campaign against Moab and its submission are the historical fulfillment of that predicted judgment. It belongs to the prophecy of judgment against Moab whose fulfillment is evident today.
