Ezekiel 36:36
Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it. Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it.
After God cleanses Israel from its iniquities, restoration follows as the next work. He rebuilds the ruined places and replants that which was desolate, making the land fruitful and inhabited again. The heathen that are left round about will know that the Lord Himself has done this restoration, recognizing Him through what He has rebuilt and replanted. The work is certain, for the Lord has spoken it and will carry it out and fulfill it.
