Ezekiel 41:7
And there was an enlarging, and a winding about still upward to the side chambers: for the winding about of the house went still upward round about the house: therefore the breadth of the house was still upward, and so increased from the lowest chamber to the highest by the midst.
God's exact measurement of His house is seen in the enlarging side chambers winding still upward, where every least chamber, doorway, arch, pillar, and gate was measured with the reed and recorded. True measure is everything. It is the very law of God.
God puts His law into the least of acts and dealings, so that by learning it and living it a person is elevated and ennobled and sanctified in heart and affection. By being faithful in the least, the person is fitted to live and rule among the greatest and to be entrusted with the divine cause. That fitness comes by building character after the divine model by the power and grace brought through Jesus Christ, and to love God supremely and one's neighbor as oneself is the whole duty of humanity.
The spiritual measure is God's measure of a person, making him a true person through divine grace. What is needed now is people whose characters and works measure life and things by God's exact measurement. A righteous life in honest, faithful dealings makes up the whole righteous stature and structure.
