Ezekiel 7:21
And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it. And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.
The wealth and possessions of Jerusalem would be handed over as plunder into the hands of foreign peoples and strangers. They would fall likewise to the wicked of the earth as spoil. Those captors would defile and profane what they seized.
It stands within a graphic prophecy of judgment whose reach extends to the present time. The chapter containing it foretells a coming time of trouble for the nations. That trouble will come before the glorious appearing of Christ. It is the outpouring of the seven last plagues.
