Genesis 31:30

And now, though thou wouldest needs be gone, because thou sore longedst after thy father’s house, yet wherefore hast thou stolen my gods?

Genesis 31:30 belongs to the confrontation between Jacob and Laban after Jacob departed to return to Canaan. Laban wanted Jacob to stay because Jacob's presence had brought him blessing and prosperity. God had directed Jacob to return to his homeland and had promised to be with him.
