Genesis 43:26
And when Joseph came home, they brought him the present which was in their hand into the house, and bowed themselves to him to the earth. And when Joseph came home, they brought him the present which was in their hand into the house, and bowed themselves to him to the earth.
When Joseph came home, his brothers carried the present in their hand into the house to him, a gift sent from their father. There they presented him with their gifts and bowed low and humbly before him, down to the ground, to the earth. This was the customary act of respect shown to a ruler. Their obeisance brought Joseph's dreams to mind and fulfilled those dreams.
This bowing fulfilled the brothers' earlier bowing before Joseph as ruler in Egypt. The brothers bowed again when Joseph asked about their father.
