Joseph's Silver Cup Found in Benjamin's SackBible World

Genesis 44:14

And Judah and his brethren came to Joseph’s house; for he was yet there: and they fell before him on the ground.

Judah, having pledged himself as surety for Benjamin, comes with his brethren to Joseph's house or palace, where Joseph the ruler of Egypt is still present. They return in deep distress after the cup is found in Benjamin's sack, facing Benjamin's threatened enslavement. They fall prostrate on the ground before Joseph, a posture expressing distress, submission, helplessness and fear before the ruler. Their obeisance fulfills Joseph's dreams in which his brothers bowed before him. They believe God has exposed their past wrongdoing in selling their brother into Egypt and is bringing its consequences upon them by permitting them to become slaves also. Joseph's ensuing question about divining claims no power of divination but allows them to believe he can read the secret acts of their lives, in order to draw from them an acknowledgment of their past wrong course and reveal their true feelings more fully.
