Hebrews 10:30

For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

Vengeance and repayment belong to God, and the Lord will judge His own people. In its context this is a warning that those who trample under foot the Son of God, count the blood of the covenant an unholy thing, and insult the Spirit of grace face God's judgment, and it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Their punishment will be much sorer than death without mercy under one or two witnesses for despising the law of Moses. God takes punishment into His own hands when evil is tolerated and the wrongdoer is allowed to continue without restraint. This vengeance will fall on professed Sabbath-keeping Adventists who continue in sin, especially those persisting in lustful, unclean practices that defile conscience, heart, and thoughts and lure other souls into defilement while counterworking the work of God.
