Hosea 7:2
And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face. And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face.
The people do not consider in their hearts and take to heart that God remembers all their wickedness, failing inwardly to recognize it. Their own doings have beset them about, surrounding them on every side and confronting them. They remain in God's sight, standing openly exposed before His face with nothing hidden from Him.
Even secret sins are seen and remembered, including violence, deceit, theft, and adultery as committed by Israel. Their wrongdoing surrounds them and stands plainly and fully exposed before Him. God sees every evil deed and keeps it plainly before Him.
He remembers evil deeds even when the people themselves forget them. He keeps those deeds before Him in order to call people to account for them in the day of judgment.
